Asura Chill is an effect that slows movement speed and skill recharge time.
It is caused by the skill Asura Ice Wave when using the bundle Icelaser 1440.
Notes[edit]
- Stacks up to 3 times. Each stack renews the timer to 45 seconds.
- Flash Freeze will create an ice block on the location of enemies with 3 stacks of Asura Chill.
