The Journal is on the eastern edge of the area Nyedra, Dreamer's Sanctum, not of the wider area, Nyedra Surrounds. Looking at world map view zoomed in all the way the location is a little SE of the second "d" in "Nyedra Surrounds" name on the map. Looking from Fortress of the Founding poi's general location, it's directly north but up on a rock cliff on top of a giant branch. The Journal is in yellow and it's called Charred Remains |
