This article is wrong. Nourishment effect do already have a wiki article where it is explained that you get it from consuming consumbles that are food which will give an effect stated with food icon on weapon bar and in tool tip for that food before consumed.

I would replace this text with a link to food wiki article to explain that Nourishment effect can be obtained from food sources and not only from one source like this article seem to point to.

The page is not wrong, it is about a specific effect called Nourishment that's unrelated to the mechanic of food, and is only available after consuming a legendary-related item. The nourishment effect you get after consuming any other food is found on the main Nourishment page.~Sime 13:18, 30 August 2023 (UTC)
