To get the Ley-Infused heart without doing the meta:

On the way to the Southern Blighting Tower there is a ledge you can use Griffon or Springer to reach which leads to a path that ends up in the south Advancing on the Blighting Towers area. Make your way through this to the gate (which is closed) and use Springer or Griffon to get above it - you should be able to see Dragon's Domain, but not reach it due to an invisible wall. Move north until you get to a hole where you can drop down into Dragon's Domain.

There are many ways to get to the other side in the same zone. I was there few days back while doing achievements for Astralaria. Just follow the north road till you will get to the end . If you will see a vine wall blocking your way just walk right through it. They are not real. And when you will be at the end you will find this..
