I'm surprised there isn't a general "getting there" section on Hanging Gardens. From memory, wp to "Market Ruins Waypoint", then

(1a) if you have a griffon/skyscale, climb up to the top of the pyramid and fly over, or

(1b) if not, you can use a Skimmer to cross the brand, then dismount when you're west of the gardens within the protective orb, switch to springer to jump the waterfall, then switch to jackal to enter the garden.

(2) At which point, you need to follow the notes on Defeat the grand elder djinn#Notes to get it to spawn.

In the meantime I've added a set of coordinates for the NPC (copied from the event). -Chieftain Alex 00:03, 10 February 2020 (UTC)
