is this a item triggered by players to spawn? I just saw one in Grothmar Valley, which is why I am asking, since the Wiki doesnt imply if its this way or not.--Knighthonor (talk) 14:35, 1 October 2019 (UTC)

It is a bundle spawned by consuming another item. I added the acquisition into the intro, thanks for noticing it´s been missing! ~SimeTalk 14:46, 1 October 2019 (UTC)
