Sequel skill

When I used this in the last beta weekend, I mentioned that this one has a sequel skill. I think the name is Vacuum, although it always triggered so fast that I couldn't check it for sure, let along get a screen of the skill icon. The functionality was a direct teleport to the current location of the air pocket, pared with an explosion that damages nearby foes. Or something like that.
