Spearmarshal Kormir as Goddess of Truth is a plaque describing the statue of Kormir after her ascension to godhood.
Contemporaneous accounts of Kormir's mortal life and ascension contain valuable information about the nature of godhood. In private writings, several of Kormir's lifelong allies expressed a belief that ascension had killed her.
While the human pantheon is evidently self-directed, they may also be collectively immured. Similar methods of magical indoctrination, such as dragon corruption and forced Awakening, override the subject's core values and loyalties, compelling them to "voluntarily" prioritize imposed goals.
