Ley-Energy Buildup is an effect that can be applied to various champions, as part of their Unstable Magic Abilities. This causes nearby players to be afflicted with a stacking condition, dealing increasing damage over time. It can only be relieved by standing near the white ley-energy orbs spawning around the champion. Doing so will replace the condition with the Resistor effect.
