This version of the skill restores 2 hearts per use, replacing the one heart version permanently.
To obtain it, you must first purchase the Medium Health Bottle enhancement for 300 Baubles from a SAB shopkeeper in World 2.
After obtaining this enhancement, Small Health Refills (potions) which used to cost 5 from shopkeepers and refilled 1 heart on use, will become Double Health Refills, costing 25 per potion, and refilling 2 hearts. Any already purchased refills will be upgraded to the enhanced type at no cost when the Medium Health Bottle enhancement is purchased.
