This skull was retrieved from Arah following Zhaitan's defeat in 1326 AE, and it is believed to have belonged to a remnant of their species who dwelled in the city shortly after its founding. It is unclear how they survived, magical stasis is one of several possibilities.

Zhaitan called this individual's Risen corpse from a hidden burial site that contained a collection of personal effects and grave relics. Preparations have been made to return the bones and artifacts to Arah after they are catalogued and confirmed safe for reburial.

The text is written as if it is describing the skull of the Giganticus Lupicus fought and killed in The Ruined City of Arah dungeon, however the size is excessively larger than the one fought.
