Getting those is easy, actually. Wanna know how? Grab a thief, spec with 15 Shadow Arts, equip Shadow Refuge, Hide in Shadows, and Blinding Powder. Shadow Refuge can give you 12 seconds of stealth - need more time, the other two skills give an additional 3 each. Depending on how you angle the camera, you may get a little blurry spot where you're stealthed at, but that's little issue.
