Several Bookcases lie in the basement of the Hunting Lodge, interactable during Rending the Mantle.

Long ago, Kryta was ruled by the White Mantle, worshippers of the Unseen Gods. The revelation that these crestures were merely demons caused an uprising against them, and the populace—led by the Shining Blade—broke the White Mantle's power.
