Magnus the Bloody Handed (or Morgan Bloodfist as some drunken Charr know him)? Overlong moustache, overlong hair, necklace/collar of walrus tusks, bandoliers crossing the chest to form a belt at the waist, and he's norn (given, the eyepatch might say otherwise...).
