No longer used?[edit]
I believe this icon no longer appears in-game.
Downed players display File:Downed ally overhead icon.png. Defeated players display an inverted version of that, with blue background and dark emblem.
Defeated NPCs display File:Downed.png. I don't know of any friendly NPCs which can be downed in order to check that, please correct me if I'm wrong :).
In short, I think it doesn't necessarily belong on the wiki any more. I haven't flagged anything for deletion since I think it's a bit trickier than that. Even if it's unused it'd be nice to keep the old version. If we can prove it's unused, should we somehow merge the version streams (by reuploading one file on top of the other, if need be) and then delete the unused page?
