Veil of Visions is an interactable object in The Wizard's Tower resembling a Mistborn Mote (node). Interacting with it gives the player the Strange Visions effect, which is required to complete the Secrets Unobscured achievement.

The name of this object is normally hidden, but can be shown in chat using Call Target after selecting it.
