Contacting Tech Support[edit]

Hey, sorry I was late in getting back to you. I responded to you on my talk page, but I don't know how often you'll be looking at that. You'll need to contact Anet's support staff to see if they can help you figure things out.

  1. Go to https://help.guildwars2.com/hc/en-us
  2. Click "Submit a Ticket" in the top right of the page
  3. Sign In using your GW2 account information that you use to log into the game.
  4. Fill out the information as best as you can so that Anet can direct your ticket to the technical support team.
  5. You'll first receive an automated response from Anet to your registered email (the one that you use to log into the game) confirming that they've opened up a ticket.
  6. You'll then have to play a bit of a waiting game and hope that a tech support can start up a conversation asap with you.
