I believe I got [Mini Oxidecimus the Shadow Raven] out of one of the two Mini Toy-Eggs I got from the Alienware Arena giveaway this month. Currently there's no indication that this is a possible drop from the regular Mini Toy-Egg, and there's nothing in the Alienware Arena giveaway that suggests they are special in any way.
