Notes for Spin and Green Line Mechanics

• For CM: Projectiles from spin can be evaded and invulned to avoid damage and debuff (however both bypass blocks). Projectiles do get body-blocked by players, but not by mechs or pets.
  For CM: Green line mechanic has a hard minimum of 5 people, otherwise it's an instant death each time if there's 5 players remaining.
  For NM: No infirmity debuff on player targeted with green line, but debuff applied to all other allies such as pets.
