I'm not sure what you mean: the Facet of Strength is a Herald utility skill unrelated to this achievement; assuming this is about acquiring the Essence of Strength: the Bastion of Strength's Faction Provisioner IS the Astral Ward Skirmisher, who is linked. 89.247.167.14 23:13, 30 October 2023 (UTC)
