Article suggests you have to use a Tier 3 motivation to get this skin, but you can get also them by participating in a Tier 3 rift without using a motivation youreslf —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 89.220.184.146 (talk) at 19:06, 7 September 2023‎ (UTC).

Adding to this, here's the circumstances of a few drops we've had these past days:

• During a Tier 3 rift, a player (with all masteries) who didn't use a motivation dropped a weapon.
• During a Tier 1 rift with motivation activated, a player (with all masteries) dropped a weapon and from the chat log it appears to have been from the motivation bonus chest.

All in all, with this group we've seen about 4 weapons drop from Tier 3 and only recently 1 from Tier 1, so anecdotically it appears that higher tiers have a higher chance to drop them. Myriada (talk) 09:20, 12 September 2023 (UTC)
