You need to have purchased the Black Lion Garden Plot Deed to gain access to her merchant inventory. She was originally only accessible herself to people who purchased that gemstore item, but now she's been added as part of chef 500, all these articles need to have clarifying notes added, so thanks for bringing this shortcoming to our attention. :) —Idris 14:49, 30 August 2019 (UTC)
