Affected by Boosters?

Yes it is affect by Karma Boosters. I used a +50% Karma for 1 hour boost during the time that I had received this karma reward. It gave me 7500 Karma successfully. --Deathdealers747 21:16, 4 March 2013 (UTC)

Rezone to receive is a bug?

Bug(?): had to WP to a new map after I got my Refugee Volunteer achievement before I received the Refugee Child's Drawing in the mail. → BROWNSPANK 07:59, 30 January 2013 (UTC)

It's common bug that you have to relog or change zones to receive an email. It happened a lot during the Lost Shores event along with a couple other email bugs.--Relyk ~ talk > 08:25, 30 January 2013 (UTC)

World drop?

I just got a Refugee Child's Drawing on a bandit. May be world drop,but I'm not so sure yet. Should we add that to the page? Ichi Sumeragi 20:21, 22 March 2013 (UTC)

I just got one as well. I was finishing Queensdale, in the bandit cave. Not exactly sure what gave me it, as four things happened at the same time (I killed a foe, which finished the heart, which finished the map and I leveled...) --Lady Rhonwyn (talk) 13:46, 9 May 2013 (UTC)
