It sorta wins by default, since no other mini has any challenge to getting it. Other minis are either 1. participation ribbons for living story chapters or 2. rng tests of patience and/or wealth that you can just buy anyways. Psycho Robot (talk) 22:36, 2 March 2014 (UTC)
