Talk:Ley line

I would do it myself if I knew how, but I think searching for "leyline" (without the space) should redirect here. There are other instances of the word being spelled that way and, even if it's wrong, it's a very common mistake imo. --84.90.166.35 15:06, 17 August 2014 (UTC)

Agreed, done. --Ventriloquist 15:11, 17 August 2014 (UTC)

Leylines, ley-lines, or ley lines?[edit]

In the story instances The Machine and The Waypoint Conundrum it's always spelled with a space, but in Ley-Line Confluence it's spelled with a dash, and in the various ley line condensed essences. Ley-line anomalies are also spelled with a dash. It's also spelled with a dash twice in Notes from Rata Novus. It is spelled without a space at all in the description (but not the name) of Ley Line Finisher, and it is used all three ways (from in-game names and descriptions) on the Ride the Ley Line page. There are far more examples of the various spellings throughout the wiki, although cited in-game usage of "leyline" without dash or space seems to be rarest, but also fairly common in non-official descriptions on the wiki. Do we have any info on which is the 'right' way to spell it, or if there's any discernible pattern to how it's spelled? ~~TiffanySmith.8216 (174.203.37.9 19:56, 15 December 2021 (UTC))
