That's a given, though[edit]

No, it isn't. the other rewards (Ley Line Infused Stone, Vial of Sacred Glacial Water, etc) can be gotten once per CHARACTER, while this final reward bag doesn't show up again. Thrain | contribs 15:22, 30 July 2014 (UTC)
Agreed, it should be added back. Felix Omni Signature.png 15:23, 30 July 2014 (UTC)
It's obtained by completing the achievement that unlocks the other achievements. Such an item was Token of Taimi's Gratitude. I believe that, understandably, the achievement cannot be completed twice. --Ventriloquist 15:24, 30 July 2014 (UTC)
Then the obtained section should clarify that it's an achievement reward, not an instance reward. Felix Omni Signature.png 15:25, 30 July 2014 (UTC)
(Edit conflict) You must have missed the thing I said at the top. the other items needed to create the backpiece/seed can be obtained multiple times, which makes the contained in this bag the odd piece out. Taimi's grab bag had no such required item. Thrain | contribs 15:27, 30 July 2014 (UTC)
You can obtain two of the Pile of Phantasmal Residue. One from this bag, one from Rox. However, only one is needed for the back item, which is why the note isn't all that important because players have two ways of acquiring said item. Also, I should check if we can actually obtain an infinite amount of the Piles, since the instance can be repeated infinitely, perhaps Rox will give it each time? --Ventriloquist 15:31, 30 July 2014 (UTC)
Where are you getting this information? I haven't been able to get any more piles. Thrain | contribs 15:33, 30 July 2014 (UTC)
(Edit conflict) After the ending cutscene you can talk to Rox and she'll say something like "Hey, I found this rock, you can have it" and she gives you the Pile of Phantasmal Residue. After you complete the instance, you get this bag which contains ANOTHER Pile. So I'm guessing you can talk to Rox each time to get another Pile, not 100% sure, though. --Ventriloquist 15:37, 30 July 2014 (UTC)
The fact that it is tied to an achievement (and is therefore only obtainable once) should be listed, since "completion of the episode" is vague and implies you can get it several times (these changes should be made to the rewards for E1 and E2 as well). Thrain | contribs 15:44, 30 July 2014 (UTC)
These episode-end rewards are sorta like the Season 1 meta-rewards. We didn't use "only available once per account" on those, why do it on these? When players complete the episode, they get an achievement pop-up, the journal pop-up and the item. I think it's pretty clear that it's only available once, because the achievement gives it, not the instance. When the Dragon's Reach achievement list is created, we can change it to say "Completion of the X achievement from the Y episode". I just think it's redundant to specify it that much accentuate it that much. --Ventriloquist 15:48, 30 July 2014 (UTC)
Because those meta rewards were clearly defined as achievement rewards. These look very much like story rewards, in both wiki description and in-game acquisition. Thrain | contribs 15:50, 30 July 2014 (UTC)

Did not get Pile of Phantasmal Residue[edit]

I just opened my Last Good-bye, after finishing The Dragon's Reach Part 2. I got everything except the Pile of Phantasmal Residue. I do not have any other ones, as I haven't gone back to work on the achievements in the instance either. This is also my only 80, so it is not a has-it-on-an-alt bug either. 184.23.131.23 07:26, 15 August 2014 (UTC)

I think "Pile of Phantasmal Residue" isnt drop from this container, its from compelete the story. The preceding unsigned comment was added by Ojimaru (talk) at 13:54, 17 June 2019‎ (UTC).
