anyone know how long respawn this event takes?

Rare event?

I don't recall seeing this one recently, and now that it appears during a time when doing events in the area is a daily, I'm suspecting it takes population to spawn it. The comment above kinda implies it too. SarielV 03:43, 3 March 2023 (UTC)
