The wiki page says that this item cannot be sold.
I just sold the item by opening a vendor (Tarrktun Personal Vendor) and right-clicking the item and chosing "Sell".
I only had one of those items left so I can't check if the selling from the vendor window instead of the inventory window works but in any case: selling *is* possible. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Wullxz (talk) at 22:44, 22 December 2022‎ (UTC).
