Duplicate Vendor entries

The table with the items from BLING-9009 has duplicate entries for each item. I looked real quick, but I couldn't figure out why with my limited internal wiki workings knowledge. I believe it's because one is for the Heart of Thorns variation, and the second is for the non-HoT variation. I think(not sure) we're working on creating pages for these, so hopefully that will fix it, for the time being I think I'll stick a note just to clarify.
