For me and for many others online, this is the final Point of Interest you might find for your map completion chest. Gleaner's Cove or Bridget's Overlook waypoints are closest. Just follow the road toward the POI and at one point, you will drop down from the road to the South into a recess to find the enemy tribe of Hylek.
