Walkthrough: Requires Jackal Mastery Shifting Sands. Go to the Djinn Enclave and run up the stairs in the central area. In the southwest, drop down onto an archway with a sand portal. Head through that portal and you'll be teleported to the mastery point.

I'm seeing it as really being south with a teeny bit of EAST, not west, and then similarly southeast. (Anon)
