Chest armor

Cosmetic Infusions

For some reason, it appears certain cosmetic infusions apply to the Dark Templar Helm. The celestial infusion affects the entire helm instead of just your head inside of the helm. I don't know if this is the same for any other helmets in the game, but I haven't found one.
