I can verify the last entry here ("The weathered text..."). The object must have been placed under the floor accidentally because the text label for it isn't visible. If you walk to the right spot in the shrine though, the "inspect" dialog will pop up to let you read it. The book is inside the building ruins where the other texts are located, southwest of the skill challenge, near where a boulder protrudes slightly through the wall. Look a touch northwest of the boulder near the wall to find it. At the spot where the book is located, the floor texturing has some gray streaks of rock mixed in with the snow. Don't hug the wall too closely or you'll miss it. It's a little tricky to find even knowing where to look.
