Acquisition

I found one in a Black Lion Chest, not sure if it's a fluke or legitimate. Can anybody confirm, and if so, update the page?

This DEFINITELY stacks with ALL boosters? e.g. birthday booster, which does exactly the same thing? i don't exactly want to waste either Also, it's only masterwork quality. -Narz 121.75.189.193 05:23, 7 December 2014 (UTC)

Yes. If you watch the amount of time on your Birthday booster, the Celebration booster will add another hour to it. Sardaukar 05:30, 7 December 2014 (UTC)
