How do (or did) you acquire this item? If there's any way to still acquire it, that would be useful information given that upcoming Masteries require XP to level, and this item will help level them faster. If there's no way to acquire it anymore, that would be useful to note on the wiki page too.

Edit - looks like it was a [gem store item](https://www.reddit.com/r/Guildwars2/comments/2kk12f/gemstore_update_haunted_gramophone_and_candy_corn/) last Halloween (2014)
