Rally?

So, I assume this exploding and killing someone occurs after you are dead and thus can't trigger a rally revive? --Seventh 11:58, 21 August 2011 (UTC)

It sounds like it. But then, exactly how is an engineer supposed to rally? Grappling line doesn't do damage, and throw junk inflicts 'a random condition', which needs to be one of the degen conditions to even have a chance of killing a foe. Unless a downed engineer's turret can still get kills, it doesn't seem likely an engineer will ever rally. --Bificommander 11:20, 27 September 2011 (UTC)

Damage

So I was watching random YouTube videos and came across an Engineer that used this skill while downed. I had to scan frame-by-frame to see the effects, but I saw RED damage showing "-100,000" so it's safe to say it will kill you no matter what. Not sure on damage amount to opponent though, will look for it later. --Norstrum 02:44, 1 September 2011 (UTC)

There are multiple things which could cause this.
