Extra quickness duration not on the tooltip

Anyone else get about twice the quickness of what is mentioned in the tooltip? My tooltip says 4.25 sec with 42.40% boon duration on my Willbender but I get roughly 8 seconds of quickness when using it. 100% on a Firebrand says 6 sec but gives 12. 0% on a Dragonhunter says 3 sec but gives 6 sec.
