Meat Piles are piles of rotten dolyak meat that has been gathered from nearby dolyak carcasses by Second Spear Koja and Second Spear Nimani. They have been set in place near the lair of a powerful Branded hydra that has been attacking and destroying caravans in the area in order to lure it out and slay it.
