General Zantharon is a powerful Kryptis general and the twin of Alkaeus who resides in Nayos. Eparch keeps both of them close for his own comfort but has occasionally unleashed them to commit horrific acts against his enemies.[1][2]
He is encountered in the throne room during the related quest. After Eparch consumes his fellow general, General Alkaeus, in a fit of rage after Peitha and her forces breaches the throne room and threatens Eparch, this causes Zantharon to turn on Eparch and ally himself with Peitha.
General Zantharon is later present during the peace treaty signing at The Wizard's Tower, though it is clear that, despite siding with Peitha against the Midnight King in the spur of the moment, he doesn't hold her in high esteem and remains a prominent voice within the beaten loyalist side.
