General Alkaeus is a powerful Kryptis general and the twin of Zantharon who resides in Nayos. Eparch keeps both of them close for his own comfort but has occasionally unleashed them to commit horrific acts against his enemies.[1][2] He is encountered in the Midnight Throne room. After Eparch consumes him in a fit of rage after Peitha and her forces breaches the throne room and threatens Eparch, this causes the other remaining general, General Zantharon, to turn on Eparch and ally himself with Peitha.
