Defeat Abraxces the Scorned is a level 80 group event happening during The Fangs That Gnash meta event. Players must defeat the boss to successfully end the event chain that begins with Escort Major Emund to the Fortress of the Founding. To successfully progress to the next step of the meta event, the events Escort Frode to the Kryptis Camp and Defeat Valthrog the Frenzied must also be completed.

- Abraxces the Scorned: May I serve in death as I could not in life.

- Major Emund: Your land is secure, Reya.
- Reya: Not my land. It is open to all again. Let these squatters' broken carcasses serve as a reminder to any who think otherwise.
- Major Emund: Never thought I'd say it, but this Kryptis is growing on me.
- Major Emund: Frode's ready for the final push. Let's move. Wouldn't want Reya to miss out on the fun.
