Sale: Bank slots and bag slots are 20% off. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by PJ (talk • contribs).
- Did updating a webpage really require a game update? Seems odd. Thrain | contribs 20:19, 21 February 2013 (UTC)
- There were no items for bank and bag slots before. You just purchased them via inventory and bank clicking on the closed lock. So yeah, adding new items requires an update i'd guess. (That's the reason too why they warn you not to buy more then you can use i guess) Magistrella 20:22, 21 February 2013 (UTC)
I am vaguely amused that the gem price instantly spiked, thereby canceling out much of the potential savings from the sale prices (for anyone who's buying gems with coin). --Felbryn 08:18, 22 February 2013 (UTC)
- just wondering why does it say theare reintroduced to the game, were they ever taken out? Spark-TBa 10:21, 22 February 2013 (UTC)se the tabs
- That's what "re-introduced" means, isn't it? Yes, they previously existed in the betas. —Dr Ishmael 13:25, 22 February 2013 (UTC)
- Between launch and the update, the bank and bag slots were added only by clicking the respective lock icons. Those still work (and the discount applies), but now there's also the "item" version in the gem store. It seems a bit odd to me; I guess they brought them back so it would be easier to advertise in the gem store, but honestly, that only makes it possible to buy more than your account can use. --RoyHarmon 14:24, 22 February 2013 (UTC)
- The game didn't exist until launch. ANet reserved the right to change anything and everything for the actual game, so it's not accurate to say that these items were re-introduced to the game. 75.36.182.82 02:22, 23 February 2013 (UTC)
- I was thinking the same but after a quick calculation I found out that I can get the bank tab for about 2g less so it was worth it after all --79.180.180.36 23:18, 22 February 2013 (UTC)
I am trying to find when the following 2 minor updates occurred, :
- It is no longer possible to do shadowstep repairs/build siege in WvW.
- When combining soulbound runes in the forge, you now get a soulbound rune instead of a regular one. Vezz 13:51, 25 February 2013 (UTC)
