Kestrels

The Kestrels are peacekeepers and guardians of the Echovald Wilds, consisting of tengu and humans. They were originally founded by Xiri Longfeather[1] to help the Canthan tengu hide from the wrath of the Ministry of Purity after Emperor Usoku's campaign to drive out non-humans from Cantha began.
Although the Ministry is no more in the modern Cantha and the tengu are allowed to live in the New Kaineng City, the Kestrels still have their role to play; especially as the tension is rising between the warring gangs of Echovald.
