Is that a Charr elementalist? It seems to be attuned to fire and wielding a staff; however, it also is wearing what looks like chain/heavy/medium armor. --Spigs 09:41, 30 July 2010 (UTC)
- It's a charr ele. Unless there are more than elementalists which can use fire. As to the armor thing - charr are fighters and as such would probably be wearing heavier looking (but not additional armor) than others - likewise, norn would wear less. I wouldn't doubt that there would be heavy armor norn that are shirtless. -- Konig/talk 09:54, 30 July 2010 (UTC)
- Pretty sure the devs can break the game any which way they like, too. --hexal 10:04, 30 July 2010 (UTC)
- And they're near some ruins of ascalon --Neil • 15:01, 30 July 2010 (UTC)
- If you derived the ruin's origin from the stone color and architecture then you have some very good attention to detail my friend. --Xerelin 16:25, 30 July 2010 (UTC)
- He's just guessing :P. --Naoroji 16:27, 30 July 2010 (UTC)
- Lol, I'm sure he was puffed up with pride for a second there. oh well. --Xerelin 16:29, 30 July 2010 (UTC)
- Ill have you know. i looked at the walls and thought, must be older than 300years. which would suit the ascalon look well. and the arches on the left kinda go without saying.--Neil • 16:32, 30 July 2010 (UTC)
- There's literally no evidence that points to charr having armor that looks heavy but isn't. Not to mention a norn in the first trailer seems to have the exact same armor so it's not really charr armor anyway. Either anet went out of their way to mislead us about a vague image we wouldn't have been able to decipher much from anyway or it's the second soldier class. Anet already said some skills share the same animations fire hands could be any number of things.99.1.41.126 03:46, 2 August 2010 (UTC)
- You guys are sooooo off-topic... Yoshida Keiji talk 13:49, 17 February 2012 (UTC)

Ressurrection process[edit]
I have watched some videos with a bar filling up as we also see in GW1. Only that its not a skill. Change image for a more illustrating one? Yoshida Keiji talk 13:49, 17 February 2012 (UTC)
- Well, not a skill placed in skill bar anyhow. Anyhow, this image does not describe any resurrection or rally skill, just the progress of animation? Mediggo 13:56, 17 February 2012 (UTC)
- If you ask me, it looks more like the beggining of a new hibrid race of half Charr and half Humans. Warning: Children should be accompanied by adults in GW2. Yoshida Keiji talk 14:21, 17 February 2012 (UTC)
- It's featured on an official GW2 page. Seems appropriate to me, and nobody else has contested this ever before, either. Mediggo 15:22, 17 February 2012 (UTC)
