It appears to me that they're using the form and not editing the page directly, which means it might be the form itself removing it, not the user. (Note: I might be terribly off in assuming this.) - Do_odleplex 21:06, 28 December 2016 (UTC)

Hmmm, perhaps. There doesn't appear to be edits other than Steezy before I edit. I would hope that adding info through hard-coding it into the table would actually stay. I'm trying to see why a template might cause a conflict but everything so far seems to work. Edit: Alright, I've edited the form so it should work now. Issue should be fixed, for some reason the line was missing in the form. Also, Sythe I think you may have accidentally removed a contribution from Azurem while fixing your entry, see here. -Darqam 21:27, 28 December 2016 (UTC)
