Since you seem very interested in this site's information despite not having a user account, I have a helpful reminder here for you.

On talk pages (that is, pages with Talk: or talk: somewhere in the name), do not edit other users' comments. These are not "content" for the purposes of this wiki, and are kept for historical value. The mainspace is where you can edit things that you see are wrong, because that's what people read for their info (most of the time).

Second, when you do make a comment, you should indent it properly. Indenting comments makes it easier to tell who said what, and makes conversations flow better. You indent by adding one or more : to the beginning of your comment.

So
you
can
do
things
like
this.

Typically it's best to indent one level farther than the person you're replying to in the talk page.

Following these guidelines will give you a much smoother time on the wiki. Happy editing! -- Kyoshi User Kyoshi sig2.png 16:19, 17 December 2010 (UTC)

Let me add a request to remember you that you have to sign your comments with 4 tidles ( ~~~~ ). Thank you. -- Cyan User Cyan Light sig.jpg 18:06, 17 December 2010 (UTC)
I am going to mirror Cyan's request. Please sign your posts using 4 tidles ( ~~~~ ). Thank you. Venom20 User Venom20-icon-0602-sm-black.png 11:53, 18 December 2010 (UTC)
Sign your f***king comments, please. 87.97.126.146 09:58, 20 December 2010 (UTC)
Please sign your comments, it is really annoying to fix your comments for anyone to do so. 62.77.249.244 19:09, 1 January 2011 (UTC)

I'm going to be a bit different[edit]

And say hello first~ Now please sign comments as per requests above. :) - Infinite - talk 19:19, 1 January 2011 (UTC)

Your IP starts with 86, ergo you are on the UK grounds. Certainly you understand what people have been requesting. As it is wiki-etiquette to sign comments on talk pages, please do so as per instructions above. Thank you. - Infinite - talk 16:14, 2 January 2011 (UTC)

Poll[edit]

Poll to see which races everyone is going to be. Please enter your vote like this (Before) Name Of Race:1 (After) Name Of Race:2

Asura: 1

Charr: 0

Human: 0

Norn: 0

Sylvari: 0

P.S. Whoever deleted my last poll don't do it again. 86.137.47.146 15:45, 5 January 2011 (UTC)86.137.47.146:Someone simply moved your poll from main space to your user space, where it belongs. :) - Infinite - talk 11:49, 4 January 2011 (UTC)

Also, I want to remind you to what people said above my post. Please try to follow those semi-rules. Further, try not to spam the talk page of frequently asked question, the most thing you wrote there are already listed on the wiki, and with a little searching I have no doubts you can find what you want to know. Thank you in advance. -- Cyan User Cyan Light sig.jpg 13:57, 4 January 2011 (UTC)

Hi please can some people tell me ideas to get more people participating in my poll thx. 86.137.47.146 16:59, 12 January 2011 (UTC)86.137.47.146

You must remember this is a wiki, not a forum. --NeilUser Neil2250 sig icon5 Anti.png 17:23, 12 January 2011 (UTC)

Signing[edit]

Ok im sorry everyone for not signing but now when i try after a while it just says This unsigned comment was left by 86.137.47.146 does anyone know why this is happening? 86.137.47.146 15:44, 5 January 2011 (UTC)86.137.47.146

Yes, those comments were left unsigned by you in the past. Unsigned comments get tagged with an unsigned template, to sign them anyway. To sign, just end your future comments with four tildes (~~~~). As per your comment above, you left it unsigned, ergo I tag it as unsigned. You can tell someone signed it for you becayse of the message that appears. Please note that we obviously rather you use four tildes after your comments in the future. It's a lot of work to tag unsigned comments all the time. :) My comment here ends in four tildes, causing it to display my signature. I hope it's clear now. - Infinite - talk 16:27, 4 January 2011 (UTC)

please[edit]

use the This is a minor edit button and the Show Preview button to NOT spamm the recent changes section. TY --User The Holy Dragons sig.pngThe Holy Dragons 16:55, 12 January 2011 (UTC)

Only users can make minor edits, so that part is irrelevant, but please do use the "show preview" button to see if your post looks how you want it, before you submit it. Also, as you've been asked before, please stop trying to use the wiki like a forum; you will get answers on your poll if people decide to vote on it, and there is no proper place to advertise it but the user space. As not many users would take kindly to having a link to a makeshift poll plastered on their talk page, I would avoid advertising it. -- Kyoshi User Kyoshi sig2.png 21:21, 13 January 2011 (UTC)
Srry for that part then :P --User The Holy Dragons sig.pngThe Holy Dragons 21:24, 13 January 2011 (UTC)

Your recent poll additions.[edit]

Please don't post the poll on other talk pages, especially if they are archives. The poll is present here and that is enough. If you wish your poll to hit a wider audience, try registering on a forum of some sort and post it there. The wiki is not a forum nor a speculation website. Polls such as yours are better off, located on a fansite which covers speculation and opinion threads. Thank you for your time. - Infinite - talk 14:43, 15 January 2011 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user who has not created an account yet, or who does not use it.

We therefore have to use the numerical IP address to identify him/her. Such an IP address can be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user and feel that irrelevant comments have been directed at you, please create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users.
