Giver's tier 3 weapons are anomalies from the other masterwork-level items; instead, there are (with exception of the mace) two Giver's weapons of tier 2 naming within ArenaNet's database and none of tier 3, except for the mace which is also dorked at tier 2. Will ArenaNet change their naming to match their own convention? I dunno.
