Acquisition[edit]
- Players received this as part of Toymaker Tixx's Gift in the mail from Toymaker Tixx during Wintersday: The Wondrous Workshop of Toymaker Tixx.
Notes[edit]
- Prior to the mail, players needed to speak with Toymaker Tixx in Lion's Arch and open the chest beside him to receive their gifts.
- The bag upgrade slot will only accept upgrade items with a level requirement of 10 or less.
