It's a consumable, so once you use it, that particular item will be gone. You'll still have the skins unlocked in your wardrobe, but you will have to use a Transmutation Charge to give other headgear this skin. The wording itself is from Anet. Greener (talk) 02:25, 11 September 2019 (UTC)
