Missing Oliver

Just spent ages looking for Oliver to turn blueprints in, with no luck. In the end decided to move on and used the Seven Pines WP. Oliver was standing there with no icon over him, but he did accept the blueprints for the event (and then vanished) :p -- 82.69.0.3 18:42, 11 February 2013 (UTC)
